Production Process

Raw material inspection → Hot piercing / Cold drawing → Solution annealing → Straightening → OD & WT sizing → Surface treatment → End facing & beveling → Marking → Non-destructive testing → Hydrostatic test → Final inspection → Packing & shipment All TP316 seamless pipes are solution annealed to eliminate internal stress, stabilize austenite structure and maximize corrosion resistance. No welding seam inside, so it avoids weld seam corrosion risk under high pressure and corrosive media.
