Q1: What is the maximum temperature resistance of 15CrMoG seamless steel tube?
A1: The standard maximum applicable temperature is 550℃. It can operate stably for a long time in the environment of 500℃-550℃, with stable mechanical properties and no obvious creep deformation. It is not recommended for long-term service above 550℃ to avoid performance attenuation .
Q2: What is the difference between 15CrMoG and ordinary carbon steel seamless tubes?
A2: Ordinary carbon steel tubes are only suitable for low-temperature and low-pressure environments. 15CrMoG adds chromium and molybdenum alloy elements, which greatly improve high-temperature strength, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance.
