500×500 RHS Square Hollow Section (MS black carbon steel tube) is a heavy-duty large-size structural hollow section. It is manufactured from premium low-carbon black steel via ERW high-frequency welding, integral forming and precision straightening processes. The tube features neat square cross-section, uniform wall thickness, good straightness and outstanding overall rigidity. It comes in original black ungalvanized finish with great workability for welding, cutting, drilling, sandblasting and painting. It is a key material for large heavy-load steel structure projects.
Material & Process
Available in Q235B / Q355B MS mild carbon steel. The steel features high purity, stable toughness and good deformation resistance. Automated high-frequency welding delivers full and solid weld seams free of pores and cold welds.
