Stainless Steel Seamless Butt Weld Equal Tee

Stainless steel seamless butt weld equal tee is an essential pressure fitting for flow splitting and combining in piping systems. Manufactured by seamless forging process, it features three branches with identical nominal diameter. Pipe ends are precision machined with standard welding bevels for direct butt welding to matching seamless pipes. After welding, the piping forms a unified structure with evenly distributed stress, high rigidity and reliable leak-tight performance.

Available grades: 304, 304L, 316, 316L, duplex stainless steel. Produced in compliance with ASME B16.9, MSS SP75 , and other international & domestic standards. Clean inner and outer surfaces with smoothly blended bore reduce flow resistance and fouling buildup. The tee delivers excellent resistance to chemical corrosion, high temperature and high pressure, maintaining stable performance under humid, acidic, alkaline and high-temperature steam conditions. Surface options include sandblasting, pickling & passivation, mirror polishing. Wall thickness ranges from Sch5s, Sch10s, Sch40s, Sch80s to XXS, sizes from DN15 up to DN600. Custom fabrication according to drawings is available.

Connection by butt welding; bevel ends fit GTAW / SMAW welding processes. Clean bevel surface to remove oil and oxide before welding. Pickling and passivation of weld zone is recommended after welding to restore stainless steel corrosion resistance.
