◎ Hydrogen-Resistant Finish – Internal surface precision polished (Ra ≤ 0.4μm) with optional anti-hydrogen permeation coating to minimize hydrogen adsorption and extend component life.
◎ Ultra-Clean Manufacturing – Processed in a contaminant-controlled environment with strict limits on oil, moisture, and halogens, fully compliant with oil-free, dry and degreased requirements for LH2 systems.
◎ Flow-Optimized Geometry – Concentric/eccentric reducers feature a gradual, streamlined internal transition to minimize vortices and stagnant zones, reducing the risk of liquid hydrogen boil-off.
◎ Stringent Testing Protocol – Beyond standard NDT (UT/MT/PT), we provide cryogenic impact testing at -269°C (-452°F) , ferrite content measurement (for austenitic grades), and optional fracture toughness testing in hydrogen gas environment.
