ASTM A105 forged pipe flange is the most widely used carbon steel integral forging fitting for petrochemical, power energy, heating pipeline and pressure vessel industries. 3. Integral forging: Heavy-duty forging press forms continuous metal fiber structure, improving overall strength and tear resistance;
4. Professional heat treatment: Normalizing + tempering eliminates forging internal stress, refines grains and prevents deformation and cracking in service;
5. Rough machining: Uniform margin reservation for high-precision finish machining;
6. CNC finish machining: Precise processing of sealing face, bolt holes, welding bevel and overall dimension to guarantee flatness, verticality and concentricity;
7. Surface treatment: Sand blasting for rust and oxide removal, burr-free surface, with blackening, anti-rust oil and galvanization optional;
8. Strict final inspection: NDT inspection, full dimension check, hardness test and mechanical property sampling test before delivery.
