Q1: What is the difference between ASTM A36 and A992 H beam?
A36 is a general mild carbon steel with moderate strength, high ductility and lower cost, ideal for ordinary civil buildings and low-load structures. A992 is high-strength low-alloy steel with 38% higher yield strength than A36, better toughness, weldability and fatigue resistance, more suitable for high-rise buildings, bridges and heavy-load industrial projects.
Q2: Can you provide customized sizes and processing services?
Yes. We support customized length cutting, bending, drilling, welding, shot blasting and galvanized surface treatment. Both standard sizes and non-standard special specifications are available to meet personalized project construction needs.
Q3: What quality certificates and test reports can you provide?
We can provide official factory Material Test Report (MTC) covering chemical composition and mechanical properties, ISO 9001 quality system certification. Third-party inspections (SGS, BV, TUV) are acceptable according to customer requirements.
Q4: What is your MOQ and delivery time?
The minimum order quantity is 4 tons for conventional specifications. Stock sizes can be delivered within 7–10 working days; customized non-standard sizes take 15–25 working days after deposit confirmation.
Q5: How to ensure the packaging and transportation quality for export?
All products adopt seaworthy export packaging: fixed with steel strips, wrapped with waterproof and moisture-proof film to prevent rust and deformation during long-distance sea transportation. We have long-term cooperative shipping companies to ensure stable and safe delivery.
