Flat rolled cold rolled steel coil (CRC) is made from premium hot rolled substrate. It goes through a complete production process including pickling & descaling, cold rolling at ambient temperature, continuous annealing, temper rolling and finishing. Compared with hot rolled steel, cold rolling enables thinner gauge, superior flatness and full removal of oxide scale. Internal stress is relieved during annealing, delivering consistent and stable mechanical properties. Supplied in coil form, it can be slit or cut to length upon request, making it one of the most widely used basic metal raw materials in manufacturing. Our flat rolled cold rolled steel coils comply with global industrial standards. The low-carbon substrate has clean surface without rust, peeling or heavy scratches. It balances great stamping formability and decorative surface performance, suitable for domestic sales and export projects.
