FBE powder is electrostatically sprayed and fused onto the hot surface.

Copolymer adhesive is extruded over the FBE layer.

HDPE is extruded over the adhesive layer.

‌Cooling & Inspection:‌ Pipes are water-cooled and subjected to rigorous testing, including holiday detection (spark test), thickness measurement, bend tests, and cathodic disbondment tests.
