Product Overview
This SSAW (Spiral Submerged Arc Welded) steel pipe is manufactured from ASTM A36 and Q235B carbon steel, outer diameter 600mm (10 inch). It is specially designed for long-distance oil and gas transmission projects. Adopting double-sided submerged arc spiral welding technology, the pipe features stable weld formation and excellent pressure resistance. It balances high structural strength and economical cost, widely used for oil & gas gathering pipelines, fluid transportation, steel structure construction, sewage pipelines and other infrastructure projects.

Premium Material with Dual Standards: ASTM A36 (US standard) and Q235B (GB standard) carbon steel. Stable mechanical properties, qualified yield strength & elongation, good impact resistance for harsh field conditions.
Advanced Spiral SAW Technology: Continuous spiral weld with uniform stress distribution. Welds pass NDT (UT/RT) inspection to minimize welding defects, offering reliable pressure tightness for medium & low pressure oil/gas transmission.
Customizable Dimensions: OD 600mm (10 inch), wall thickness available on request. Standard length 6m /12m, custom cut length & bevel end processing available. Optional anti-corrosion coating: 3PE, coal tar epoxy coating for underground service.
Strict Full-process Inspection: Raw material test, dimension check, hydrostatic test and non-destructive test. Mill Test Certificate (MTC) supplied. Third-party inspection by SGS/BV is acceptable to meet international project requirements.
Application: Oil & gas transmission pipeline, oilfield gathering line, water & sewage conveyance, bridge steel structure, foundation piling casing, large pipeline infrastructure.
