Seamless carbon steel oil well casing pipe is the core OCTG product for oil and gas well construction. It is run into boreholes to support well wall, prevent collapse, isolate different formations, avoid channeling of oil, gas and water, and guarantee safe drilling and production of oil & gas wells. Without welding seam, it owns better pressure resistance and structural integrity than welded casing pipe, widely trusted by oilfield operators, drilling contractors and petroleum engineering companies worldwide.

Outer Diameter: 2-3/8" ~ 20" (custom OD available).
Wall Thickness: 0.133" ~ 0.500" or customized.
Nominal Weight: Range from light weight to heavy weight casing as per API 5CT table.
Length Range: R1, R2, R3 (custom fixed length acceptable).
Steel Grades: H40, J55, K55, N80, L80, C95, T95, P110, Q125.
Thread Connection Type: STC, LTC, BTC, NU, EU, premium connection.
End Finish: Plain end, threaded & coupled (T&C).
Tolerance: Strict API 5CT dimensional tolerance on OD, WT, length and thread dimension.
Material & Executive Standard
Main standard: API Spec 5CT (latest edition).
Material: Carbon steel / low alloy carbon steel for OCTG service We provide both PSL 1 and PSL 2 level casing pipe. PSL2 requires stricter chemical control, additional non-destructive inspection and traceability, for critical deep well, high pressure and offshore projects.
Chemical Composition
Carbon (C), Silicon (Si), Manganese (Mn), Phosphorus (P ≤0.030 max), Sulfur (S ≤0.030 max), trace alloy elements for high grade.
We provide official mill test certificate (MTC) with full spectrometer / PMI chemical report for each batch.
