Q235B

Common Chinese carbon structural steel with good impact toughness for ambient-temperature structural works, stable supply and competitive price.

S235JR

Popular non-alloy structural steel for European markets. JR grade guarantees room temperature impact property, widely accepted in EU, Central Asia and Southeast Asia projects.

ASTM A36 (ASTM standard)

Mainstream carbon steel for North America. Consistent yield strength to meet American engineering specifications and easy material substitution for US & Canada drawings.

These three grades have similar mechanical properties and can be interchangeable for most projects, convenient for international bidding and material backup.

Produced by continuous high-frequency resistance welding. External weld bead removed; internal burr can be trimmed upon request. Welds are sampled for non-destructive testing (NDT). Low distortion and tight dimensional tolerance complying with GB, EN and ASTM hollow section standards. Clean cut ends without heavy burrs, easy for cutting, drilling, bending and assembly.

Full range of rectangular sizes, wall thickness from 1.0mm to 16mm. Standard lengths: 6m / 12m. Cut-to-length, beveling and pre-drilling services available. Multiple surface treatments: black finish, hot-dip galvanized (GI), painted, anti-rust oil, 3PE anti-corrosion coating for humid or corrosive working environments.

Rectangular hollow profile delivers excellent bending and torsional resistance. Under the same load capacity, its self-weight is much lower than solid steel, which reduces total structural load and foundation cost. Ready stock available; mass orders can be arranged for prompt production. Mill Test Certificate (MTC) supplied for each batch with full chemical composition, tensile and impact test results. Third-party inspection such as SGS is acceptable. We can provide packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin and other documents for customs clearance worldwide.
