Packing&delivery
Basic protective packaging
1. Install a plastic protective cap on the pipe end to prevent deformation caused by port collision;
2. Wrap waterproof plastic film as a whole to isolate moisture;
3. Steel straps are tied and fixed, with each bundle weighing ≤ 2 tons, making it easy to load and unload.
Standard moisture-proof packaging
1. Spray anti rust oil on the pipe body (optional neutral anti rust oil, suitable for export requirements);
2. The inner layer is wrapped with a vapor phase anti rust film, and the outer layer is covered with a waterproof woven cloth;
3. Cross tie the steel strip and add corner protectors at the tying point to avoid scratching the pipe body with the steel strip
High end export packaging
1. Cover a single steel pipe with PE protective film and install a steel protective cap at the pipe end;
2. Use fumigated solid wood pallets (compliant with IPPC/ISMP 15 standards), with steel pipes stacked and fixed in layers;
3. Fully wrapped with waterproof and rust proof woven fabric and wrapping film, with clear markings on the outside (including product name, specifications, standards, batch number, destination);
