Project delays in North America often come from waiting on materials. We offer three delivery models:
Model 1: Made-to-Order (for non-standard / special alloys)
Process: Drawing approval → material sourcing → production (7-15 days) → testing (2-3 days) → shipment
Lead time: 15-25 business days from PO to dispatch (excl. ocean freight)
Best for: First-time project buys, retrofit parts, special alloys
Model 2: Blanket Order + Split Shipments (for annual contracts)
What: Lock in annual pricing, quality specs, and stocking qty
How: Client issues monthly "release orders"; we produce and ship as requested
Benefit: Zero inventory for client, stable production for us - lower admin cost for both

Q: Can your elbows be used on CSA Z662 oil & gas pipelines in Canada?
A: Yes. We manufacture to ASTM A420 WPL6 and provide -46°C Charpy impact test reports. Upon request, we also add CSA Z245.11 marking.
Q: Do you accept on-site inspection by U.S. third-party agencies (e.g., TÜV, ABS)?
A: Yes. Any qualified third party is welcome with 5 business days' notice. We provide workspace and access to records.
Q: Do you accept small quantities - e.g., 2 pieces of stainless reducing elbow?
A: Yes. No MOQ. Even single custom pieces are fine, provided drawings are clear and material is available. Lead time for small orders is typically 10-12 business days.

Pipe size (inch), schedule (SCH), angle, radius (LR/SR/custom), material, quantity, bevel required or not.
A drawing or project specification is best.
