Manufactured to ASTM A53/A53M (Type E, ERW, Grade B). This specification explicitly covers mechanical and pressure applications and accepts ordinary service in steam, water, gas, and air lines. The base material is Q235B or equivalent carbon steel; the weld seam undergoes inline treatment, sizing, and straightening to ensure uniform pressure resistance and precise roundness. Each batch can be supplied with an EN 10204 3.1 Material Test Certificate and hydrostatic test report, meeting export and project acceptance requirements.

Hot-Dip Galvanized for Long-Term Corrosion Protection

Utilizing a continuous hot-dip galvanizing process with the zinc bath controlled at 440°C–465°C, ensuring a strongly adherent, non-flaking zinc-iron alloy layer. Zinc coating weight is customizable (typically ≥450 g/m², corresponding to roughly 60–85 μm)-significantly superior to standard pre-galvanized pipe (only 5–25 μm). This provides effective resistance against atmospheric and soil corrosion in coastal high-humidity or buried conditions, extending service life.

6-Meter Fixed Length + Universal DN50 Diameter

DN50 (OD approx. 60.3 mm) is one of the most widely used sizes in industrial and civil piping, with flanges, grooved couplings, and threaded fittings readily available. The 6-meter fixed length balances container loading efficiency with on-site cutting waste-suitable for mixed-spec container shipments and direct lifting/installation in small-to-medium projects.

The ERW Cost-Performance Logic

Compared with seamless pipe, ERW pipe offers tighter wall thickness tolerances, smoother surfaces, and lower production costs. For the standard pressure ratings covered by ASTM A53 (Grade B), ERW weld integrity is verified through flattening, flaring, and hydrostatic testing-fully meeting design requirements without paying an unnecessary premium for the "seamless" label.
