-Raw material inspection: Chemical composition & mechanical test from mill
-In-process control: Thickness/width online monitoring, surface defect inspection
-Final inspection: Dimensional check, surface visual check, hardness test, salt spray test (on request)
-Third-party inspection: SGS / BV / TÜV available before shipment
-Traceability: Each coil has unique ID, full batch record & MTC EN 10204 3.1/3.2

Case 1: Thickness tolerance complaint (0.1mm out of tolerance)

-Issue: A Southeast Asian buyer received coils with uneven thickness, causing stamping die wear and high scrap rate.

          Upgrade to precision rolling + online thickness gauge (±0.03mm max)

          Re-inspect the entire batch; replace out-of-tolerance coils free of charge

Case 2: Surface scratches & rust spots during sea freight

           Apply double-sided PVC/PE film + interleaving paper for bright finishes

          Use waterproof paper + steel strapping + fumigated wooden pallets (IPPC)

           Add desiccant inside coil package; mark "Keep Dry" in English/Arabic

-Result: No more scratches/rust complaints in 12+ repeat orders.

Case 3: Certificate & customs clearance delay (EU/REACH/RoHS)
-Issue: European buyer needed CE/REACH/RoHS documents but supplier could not provide, leading to port detention & extra cost.
-Our solution:
           Provide MTC + CE (EN 10088) + RoHS + REACH SVHC compliance documents
           Issue preferential CO / Form A / Form E for tariff reduction
           Double-check document consistency before shipment
