Stainless steel seamless pipe is manufactured by piercing solid stainless steel billet, without welding seam on the pipe body. It features excellent corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, high temperature resistance, good pressure-bearing performance and uniform wall thickness. Widely supplied for overseas projects, we can customize grades, dimensions and finishing to match ASME, ASTM, EN, GB standards for global customers.

- Outer Diameter: 6mm ~ 426mm
- Wall Thickness: 1.0mm ~ 40mm
- Length: Fixed length 3m / 6m, random length, customized cut-to-length available
- Tolerance: OD & WT comply with ASTM A312 / EN standard, or per customer requirement
- Finishing: Pickled & annealed, bright annealed, polished (2B / BA / Mirror)
Packing Details:
- Small diameter pipes: Bundled with steel strips; each bundle with waterproof PP wrapping.
- Large diameter pipes: Covered by waterproof plastic film, both pipe ends fitted with plastic end caps to avoid damage & dirt.
- Marking: Each pipe marked with Grade, OD, WT, Heat No., Standard, Length, Logo.
- Shipping mark: Shipping mark on bundle, including P.O. No., Quantity, Gross Weight, Net Weight, Destination.
- Loading: Loaded into container; support wooden pallet packing if requested
FAQ
Q1: What standards can you supply?
A: ASTM A312, ASTM A213, ASTM A790, EN 10216-5, GB/T 17395, etc. Third-party inspection (SGS / BV) is acceptable.
Q2: Can you provide material test certificate (MTC / Mill Test Certificate)?
A: Yes, original MTC will be issued together with shipment, including chemical composition and mechanical test data.
Q3: What is your MOQ?
A: Small trial order is acceptable. MOQ depends on size and material grade; please send your required specification for quotation.
Q4: Can we do customized cutting?
A: Yes, we can cut pipes to your required fixed length, deburr pipe ends.
Q5: What is the lead time?
A: Normally 15–35 working days, subject to material stock and order quantity.
Q6: What payment terms do you accept?
A: T/T, L/C at sight, etc. Negotiable based on cooperation.
Q7: How about surface treatment?
A: Standard is pickled & annealed. Bright annealed, polished surface is available as extra requirement.
