GRB provides higher strength for deep foundations and heavy loads. GRA is more economical for conventional load conditions.

Quality Control & Inspection
Each batch undergoes strict inspection:
Raw material verification – Mill certificate + retest of chemistry & mechanicals.
NDT for weld seam – 100% UT or RT along full weld length. Automatic UT online monitoring.
Hydrostatic test – Pressure calculated per ASTM A252, held ≥5 sec, no leakage. Typical pressure: 3.0–12.0 MPa.
Dimensional & visual inspection – OD, WT, length, ovality, straightness, weld profile, surface defects.
Performance tests – Flattening, guided bend, Charpy V-notch (optional) per batch.
