ASTM Alloy Hot Rolled Seamless Steel Pipes

Our ASTM alloy hot rolled seamless steel pipes are manufactured by mature hot piercing and hot rolling processes under full ASTM international material specifications. Being seamless, there are no welded joints, eliminating risks of weld cracking and corrosion failure. Made from Cr-Mo and other special alloy materials, the pipe features dense and uniform microstructure with stable mechanical properties. It is specially developed for two extreme working conditions: oil & gas geological drilling and high-pressure power boilers, and widely adopted for pressure piping in overseas energy and power projects.

 

For drilling service, deep downhole environments are harsh with high pressure, formation compression, cyclic impact and torsional loads, which may easily cause distortion or collapse of ordinary steel pipes. Our alloy seamless pipe delivers excellent yield strength, torsional resistance and collapse resistance. It can withstand continuous torque impact and rock formation squeezing downhole. Suitable for casing, drill stem and drill collar structural tubes, it works for shallow to deep well exploration, resisting medium corrosion and mechanical impact to ensure safe and continuous drilling operations.

 

For boiler high-temperature & high-pressure service, superheaters, reheaters and main steam pipelines operate under long-term high-temperature steam and pressure. Ordinary pipes tend to suffer creep deformation, thermal fatigue cracks and high-temperature oxidation spalling. This hot rolled alloy seamless pipe has outstanding high-temperature rupture strength, creep resistance and thermal stability. Under sustained high temperature and pressure, dimensional change is well controlled. It provides reliable oxidation and thermal fatigue resistance for power station boilers, industrial high-pressure boilers and waste heat boiler pressure piping systems, extending service life and cutting equipment downtime and maintenance costs.
