ASTM A106 GrB Seamless Steel Pipe is designed for high-temperature and high-pressure service environments. It is widely used in oil and gas refineries, power plants, petrochemical facilities, boilers. 

Produced via hot-finished or cold-drawn processes, the seamless construction eliminates weld seams, resulting in superior structural integrity, uniform wall thickness, and higher resistance to internal pressure. This reduces risks of leakage or failure under stress in high-pressure environments.‌

ASTM A106 Grade B offers an optimal balance of strength, ductility, and weldability. Its C content is controlled less than 0.30%, Mn 0.29%-1.06%.with key mechanical properties including a minimum yield strength of 35,000 psi (240 MPa) and a minimum tensile strength of 60,000 psi (415 MPa)
