X65Q PSL2 adopts quenched and tempered heat treatment with stricter chemical composition control (lower S/P content), mandatory low-temperature impact test, higher dimensional precision and zero defect ultrasonic inspection. It has better low-temperature toughness, sour corrosion resistance and structural stability, suitable for harsh and high-risk pipeline projects, while PSL1 is only for conventional common working conditions.

Q2: Is 3LPE coating customizable in thickness and grade?

Yes. We provide standard and reinforced 3LPE coating grades. The FBE primer thickness and outer PE layer thickness can be adjusted according to project requirements (buried, marine, high-corrosion environment). We can also provide customized anti-corrosion solutions such as internal epoxy lining as required.

Q3: Does the product support third-party inspection?

Absolutely. All X65Q PSL2 seamless pipes can support SGS, BV, TUV and other international third-party full-item inspections including chemical composition, mechanical properties, dimensional tolerance, anti-corrosion performance and non-destructive testing (NDT), and provide official inspection reports.

Q4: What working conditions is X65Q PSL2 pipe suitable for?

It is specially applicable for low-temperature environments, sour oil & gas fields (containing H2S/CO2), offshore subsea pipelines, high-pressure long-distance transmission pipelines and other harsh working conditions.
