Compared with ordinary carbon steel elbows, it has superior resistance to high temperature, high pressure, hydrogen embrittlement and acid-base corrosion. It can operate stably for a long time under working conditions above 450℃ without deformation or damage, greatly extending service life.

Exquisite Craftsmanship & Wide Adaptability

Adopting precision forging, extrusion bending and seamless forming technology, the elbow features regular radian, uniform wall thickness, smooth and flat ports without burrs or depressions. The high butt welding accuracy reduces pipeline welding resistance and medium transmission loss. It supports customized 45°, 90°, 180° angles, 1.5D long radius and 1.0D short radius, covering all common wall thickness grades including SCH40, SCH80, STD and XS.
