This product adopts a standardized ERW high-frequency electric resistance welding production line, going through more than ten precision processes including steel strip uncoiling, leveling, precise elliptical forming, high-frequency welding, weld finishing, sizing calibration, fixed-length cutting, non-destructive testing and surface rust prevention protection. The high-frequency welding technology ensures the mechanical properties of the weld are highly consistent with the base metal without pores, slag inclusions and cold solder defects. Precision mold shaping is applied for elliptical forming with accurate dimensional tolerance control and uniform wall thickness, achieving much better straightness and flatness than ordinary welded pipes. Meanwhile, customized surface treatments such as pickling, painting and hot-dip galvanizing are available to enhance corrosion resistance, rust resistance and aging resistance, suitable for long-term service in outdoor and complex working conditions.
