Products Description
Our welded round steel pipe is a high-frequency longitudinal seam (ERW) pipe produced from Q235 and Q195 carbon structural steel strip through a process of uncoiling, forming, high-frequency resistance welding, sizing and finishing. The result is a pipe with excellent roundness, uniform weld seams and stable dimensional tolerances. Manufactured to ASTM A53 and BS 1387, it offers a balanced combination of strength, toughness, weldability and cost efficiency - a reliable choice for construction and general-purpose piping.
Materials & Standards
Common grades: Q195, Q235A, Q235B carbon structural steel (higher-strength or low-temperature grades available on request)
Standards: ASTM A53 (Grade A / Grade B), BS 1387
Welding: High-frequency resistance welding (ERW / HFW), weld integrated with the base metal for reliable strength
Surface: Black finish (oiled/anti-rust) as standard; hot-dip galvanizing available for corrosion resistance
Ends: Plain, threaded, coupled or bevelled, machined to project requirements
