3LPE three-layer polyethylene anti-corrosion coating is a mainstream high-end anti-corrosion solution for long-distance oil and gas pipelines, composed of three functional layers:
First Layer (Epoxy Primer): High-adhesion epoxy powder coating, tightly bonded to the steel pipe surface, resisting chemical corrosion and penetrating adhesion
Second Layer (Adhesive Layer): Special copolymer adhesive, connecting the primer and outer PE layer to avoid coating delamination
Third Layer (PE Outer Layer): High-density polyethylene layer, providing mechanical protection against impact, abrasion and external extrusion
